What is the processing time for my order?

Every item is handmade to order, which is an integral part of our business. On average, our production window is 8 days. We ship on a first-come, first-served basis. Currently, we do not take rush requests. If your order is time-sensitive, please check our stockists or consider purchasing a Yam gift card.

Question 2

My package is marked as delivered but I have not received it

Accepted Answer

Some packages marked as delivered may arrive up to a week later (it's frustrating for us too!). If you have not received your package one week after the delivered date, please reach us at hello@yamnyc.com. Please note – Yam is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect shipping address. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address during checkout!

I checked my tracking info and my package has not moved

Once a package reaches the mail carrier, it may take an extra 1-2 days for the package to be scanned into the system. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. If your package has not moved after two days, please reach out to us at hello@yamnyc.com  and we can help you file a claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! If you do not see your shipping location during checkout, please reach out to hello@yamnyc.com and we will gladly add your location to the shop. Please note, all customers are responsible for all customs and tariffs fees.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we accept returns shipped within 10 days after the marked delivery date. Returns can be processed for exchanges or store credit. To initiate a return, please fill out our Return Form. Ensure your item(s) are securely packed before shipping. Yam is not responsible for any loss or damages during transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

I need a jewelry repair

For all jewelry repairs, please fill out our Repair Form. All repair fees are waived within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, repair fees will vary depending on the level of damage. Repair time takes approximately 1-2 weeks. PLEASE SECURELY PACK YOUR ITEM(S) BEFORE SHIPPING. Yam is not responsible for any loss or damages during transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
