All repairs fees are waived within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, repair fees will vary depending on the level of damage and replacement parts. Repair time takes approximately 1-2 weeks.

 

If this is a replacement earring, the fee is 50% of the original cost + tax & shipping. All replacements earrings are final sale.
