All gold plated items will fade in time. Color can be prolonged with proper storage (keeping in cotton bag or jewelry box), not wearing in water and gently wiping down after wearing.
Gold Filled will not tarnish or change color.
Avoid wearing jewelry in water. All brass/bronze and sterling silver items tarnish naturally overtime. To bring back shine, polish with a polishing cloth or wash with Dawn soap and water. We recommend MAAS Jewelry Polish and Sunshine Polishing Cloths.
